We like to think of ourselves as the specialists in Regency and seafront property. We handle the vast majority of sales within the Sussex Square and Lewes Crescent area and our strong management team look after many of the buildings within the Kemp Town Enclosures as well as the private gardens themselves.
Our friendly staff are all experienced in selling property throughout Brighton and Hove and have worked together for some time. We know we are employed by you to sell your property not financial services or insurance.
The sales office is headed by Matt Evans. His initial training was in building surveying but he opted for the agency route. He is supported by negotiator Daisy Adamson-Hope and office based Sandra Weatherilt who are both local and have a good solid knowledge of property and the area. We are a very people orientated team with the professional expertise to back it up.
We are a member of TEAM, the computer-linked group of independent estate agents. This means that details of Jonathan Rolls properties can be marketed through a network of 16 TEAM offices throughout the Brighton/Hove district giving vendors a far wider coverage of their properties than many agents can offer for a normal Sole Agency fee.
We are also members of The National Association of Estate Agents, The Ombudsman for Estate Agents, The Brighton & Hove Estate Agents Association and regulated by the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors.
